The SPA Framework ™ is the methodology developed and implemented by Softwcare since 2004 to evaluate the maturity of software and system processes at any organization, department or project, following the ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) standard.

The SPA Framework™ shapes the evaluation process in different phases, each of which is detailed with a procedure, uses predefined tools and templates and defines the expected results.
This methodology’s main characteristic is its rigour on the initial evaluation, which leads to the optimization of the improvements to be proposed in the improvement action plan.

In compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 15504-2 standard, Softwcare’s SPA Framework ™ contributes with a methodology already documented and tested in multiple clients for more than a decade and with proven success.
